Journey To Inspiration: Podcasts, Live Shows, Anniversaries And More!
Over the past few weeks, I’ve had the pleasure of joining esteemed hosts on some recent podcast episodes and live shows. I’ve even celebrated the one-year anniversary of recording the audio for my bestselling book, How To Be Your Own Therapist.
I’m in a wonderful position where I get to share my expertise with people all over the world, helping you to learn more about yourself.
From podcast episodes to electrifying live shows, here are just some of the highlights from my recent ventures:
The Gavin Sisters Wellness Show Podcast
I had the pleasure of chatting with Lauretta and Sharon, a.k.a, The Gavin Sisters, on season four of their podcast. On the episode, we discussed our stories and how they influence us, along with why we need to hold on to hope. I give an overview of my own story; from training to be a priest to working in palliative care.

Action For Happiness – 21st June @ 7pm
I’ll be speaking at the online event for ‘Action For Happiness’ on Wednesday, June 21st at 7pm. This is a great charity and I’m delighted to be supporting them. Feel free to get your tickets to Action For Happiness here.
High Performance Live
The incredible live show, hosted by Jake Humphrey and Damian Hughes, is touring now! I was a guest speaker for High Performance, alongside Roxie Nafousi, Jamie Peacock and others a couple of weeks back, in Glasgow. I featured on their podcast back in August 2022, where we discussed why self-care is vital for high performance. You can listen to the episode on Spotify here.
How To Be Your Own Therapist
I recently reached the one-year anniversary of recording the audio for my book ‘How To Be Your Own Therapist’! In just under a year, I’ve been able to help so many of you with this book. And it feels like I’ve only just touched the surface! Get your copy today, here.
Available on Kindle, hardback & paperback, and of course, in audio!
There is lots going on this year, but the best place to keep up with me is on my Instagram, or Twitter.
As ever, thank you for your continued support. Take care.
